Length is true to size and width will work up to 9.5-10cm. One of our staff ranges between a EU39 and EU40 depending on fit and went to the EU40 as width of foot her foot is right on 10cm.
Measuring Tip: Measure across the widest part of your foot (the ball) while standing, as your foot spreads slightly under weight.
