Our Tips (based on us trying them on) Standard/Regular Fit: 
Length is short, we all went up a size to fit well.  Width wise once you go up a size it will fit up to a 10cm foot.   
Measuring Tip: Measure across the widest part of your foot (the ball) while standing, as your foot spreads slightly under weight.
