Our Tips (based on us trying them on) Standard/Regular Fit: 
Length is true to size and width will work up to 10.0cm NB: This is the most common fit and suits most foot shapes (Works for 80% of customers) 

We found that due to the softer material at the heel our heels slipped a little in our normal size, going down a size didn't impact this however if you put a small half insole in the front this will negate this issue immediately.
Measuring Tip: Measure across the widest part of your foot (the ball) while standing, as your foot spreads slightly under weight.
